Wow
So I’ve been using google analytics to keep track of who’s visiting my etsy page, as in from what areas of the country/world, and what the trends are. I’ve had it on there for hm, under 6 months I think, and I don’t think I’m checked it in at least a month. I checked it last night and wow. People from *everywhere* are checking out my etsy shop. And not on that, they’re actually looking at it. Before I got lots of hits under a minute long, but now there are people looking at for 5 minutes, 10 minutes. The average hit is 4 minutes, which makes me happy. More people are looking, really looking, and I’ve noticed trends, so it looks like people are coming back to look. Also I noticed that someone from the House of Representatives looked at my page last week! I told Mark that and he was like see, you thought I was crazy, they ARE watching you! Hah hah
I was also amazed to see that I’ve had my facebook jewelry page (www.facebook.com/dreampopdesigns) up for less than a week and it’s already gotten 600 views. Really??
AND I’ve noticed that my pictures of jewelry on my picasa account are starting to get a crazy amount of views. One necklace got almost 6500 views!!
And all of this is way more than it was a couple of months ago. So it’s showing me people are starting to look, and that makes me happy, and gives me just a little bit more motivation to keep the momentum going. :)
