It's a beautiful day out there!

Today I had the best medical appointment. It's been a few years since I've had news this good. My overall health is really, really good. I've heard bad news for so long that it just wasn't registering. My doctor was laughing and doing everything he could to inject joy back into me. It wasn't until about an hour later as I was driving home from some errands that it hit me. And I began smiling. So YAY!

Meanwhile, Hubz is having a few fears about a medical test to come. His cardiologist did a nuclear stress test on him a couple of weeks ago. And he has some concerns now due to the results. So now he needs to do a catheterization of the heart and vessels. We're both going to see the cardiologist tomorrow to sit and talk about all of this - the risks and benefits and percentages that we need to know. And then we make the appointment for the cath. I've already put out a call for prayers, but I don't mind doing it again (and again and again and again). What can I say? I love the guy. :)

I'm so thankful for my friends. Melissa and Marj have gotten me through a lot of rough spots lately and I'm smiling more and more lately. Melissa's kids keep me laughing and Marj's dog keeps me active.

So, on to Facebook and then a nap. I want to go snuggle with happiness for a change. :)
