In attempts to understand myself better, I wrote a list of things I enjoy and don't enjoy.
things i enjoy:
smoking 1 cigarette
being away from my phone / computer
running
sunshine and good weather
taking pride in my work
finishing pieces of work
spending time with the right people
enjoying food mindfully
not overeating
being energetic
silly ideas for stories
having new ideas
a clean/uncluttered flat
feeling human
having attention from people i find attractive
being aware of my feelings
connection with family and friends
doing the right moral things - according to my morals
doing things (being active)
pole dancing
being funny / making people laugh
being inspirational / positive thing for others
having a community / being part of a community
being self sufficient
taking initiative
making decisions (being able to make decisions)
being grounded
deep concentration
good cup of coffee (medium roast italian)
being physically fit
things i don't enjoy:
being morally weak
being too much in my head
uncertainty
not being productive
not having control over my time
being passive
feeling neglected
sleeping poorly
eating out of boredom
being scatterbrained
wasting time
feeling lost
feeling depressed
unmotivated
being lonely
being taken advantage of
feeling useless
being stupid
having low energy
discomfort
feeling ignored
too much noise/distractions
people liking me that i don’t like back
people i like not liking me back
listening to too much music
