Home!
So on Saturday my Mom and sister came to pick me up (since my car is still broke) and take me back home for a little break before summer session. The plan was for them to get there Saturday afternoon and for us to go to Joe and Shelly's, and then we'd stay the night at my apartment, and then in the morning we'd make the long drive home.
Then my Mom decided we should drive all night instead. :P Hehe. I'm kind of glad we came on back, but 24 HOURS without sleep right after finals!! adls;ajfa. Since I re-got tonsillitis I haven't been able to sleep anyway, so Saturday morning I gave up on sleeping at 6:30 a.m. and went and sat on the couch to wait for the sun to come up. Unfortunately, our decision to come home early cut gaming night a little short. :( As it was though, I still didn't get a wink of sleep until 7:00 a.m. Sunday morning. When we left, my sister took the first driving shift, it was around 9:00 in the evening. Josh slept most of the way. I talked to them until Janda got tired, then Mom drove the middle shift. I talked to her until she got tired (lol, I'm helpful x_x), then I took the last shift back home. It's only 9 hours to my Mom's house, where we dropped her off, but it's an extra 1.5 to take Josh all the way home and then drive back to my sister's house, where I stayed the night. So 10.5 hours in all.
Of course, I couldn't go to sleep without meeting her new puppy, either!! <333 I LOVE LOVE LOVE him. He's a little corgi puppy, and he's all floppy and hyperactive and adorable. He's more a liquid than a solid. He looks just like a stuffed animal! Anyway, I got to play with him (we got back to Janda's house at 6:30 a.m., and unfortunately my throat was starting to feel the consequences of talking my head off all night), and then I took a nap on her couch. I didn't think I'd be able to sleep at all, but next thing I knew it was 1 in the afternoon and after a shower I felt good as new. :P So yay for a safe and quick trip back home! Now I get to veg for a couple of weeks.

I got a car!!!!!! Not just any car either! MY DREAM CAR. Since the Hyundai broke down, I haven't had transportation for about a month or two (which makes it hard to get groceries and such). But anyway, I sent my Mom all the money I had saved up to help her get me a car...I just didn't expect it to be this nice!!
A SILVER CAMARO. <3 My...dream car! I've always raved about them. I love them...now I own one!!! *spazzes, abuses exclamation points* I'm going to try and find my Mom's digital camera so I can upload some pictures of it. ^3^ It's used and it needs a little tweaking before it'll be PERFECT, but...wow...it's just so beautiful and awesome and everything I ever hoped and dreamed of.
I'm so clueless, too, my Mom took the Hello Kitty dangly-thing off the rearview mirror off the Hyundai (which is sitting forlorn and unused in the Gables parking lot), and put it on the keys to the Camaro. She asked innocently "Is that your Hello Kitty keychain?" Here's how it went:
Me: *looks at it* Yes.
Mom: -_-; But, wasn't it in your Hyundai before?
Me: Yes...
Mom: Well, what's it doing here?
Me: I don't know!! o_O (Why is everyone staring at me?)
Mom: -______- Well, what's that on it?!
Me: *notices the keys* They look like keys...
Mom: WHAT DO YOU SUPPOSE YOUR KEYCHAIN IS DOING ON THOSE KEYS?
Me: I don't know....o___O
Lol, it went on like that. Finally we went out back to see what the keys could go to..hehe...and there was my baby parked in the back yard! WOOHOO! I was in shock...totally amazed. This is unbelievable. :D
Well, I've ranted enough. Hopefully I can upload some pics of the Camaro soon, otherwise we'll have to wait till I get back home and can use my camera. Whee! I'm on dial-up too, here, so it'll be hard for me to get online very often. I'll see what I can do, but mostly, I just wanna relax...I'll talk to you all soon.
