Pullman was lovely. It was a balmy day, so we meandered around, marveling at the gorgeous green limestone church and the antiquated hotel. a. It's playing at the Esquire which is at about 55 E. Oak Street, pretty much every hour until 10:10. I don't know if you know Oak Street, it's the street very north off the Mag Mile, a block after 900 N (with all the ritzy shops).

b. I'll discuss the movie in an entry. It's a lot more political than its publicity agents let on. Kind of like a Michael Moore documentary (and just as mean-spirited!). I don't know if I would recommend it, it really depends on your political stance as it's less an objective project, and closer to an expose(sp?).

norridge doesn't even count. it's like maybe 2 square blocks at MOST. but my grandma lives near it, so it ain't all bad. :)

Yeah, it's essentially strip mall after strip mall. I didn't even really see houses. Kind of like near Ford City. We were hoping to find something cool like the equivalent of Hala Kahiki (very fun tiki place in the middle of nowhere aka. River Grove), but just ended up at O'Hare. Oh well, can't win them all. :-)
