Well, last night was the Imbolc fire festival of Marsden. Before I even started the fire show I twisted my knee on the snowy slope - I'd turned around and my left leg slipped a bit and my right knee gave way - not done this since the bad dislocation that I suffered in 2010, 18 months ago.
