Dear Highlander writer!
First of all, thank you for writing Highlander fic this year and thank you for writing for me!
I have a previous letter here that's got some basics. My general preferences haven't changed overmuch in the past few years so it's still good.

I have a previous letter here that's got some basics. My general preferences haven't changed overmuch in the past few years so it's still good.
Other than what's there:
- I've been of a slightly more serious mind lately, so I certainly wouldn't mind a story with a more serious tone.
- That being said, bleak is very much not what I want. I've read some dark HL fic that ends in tears and I don't think that's really where I want to be this year.
- I am totally into crossovers. One of the lovely things about Highlander is how well the characters can be fit into many other stories, so if you want to go in that direction, rock on. If not, also totally cool.
- As I mentioned in my sign-up, I've got a thing for the problems with immortality. Even aside from the inevitable loss of loved-ones, there are issues of settling down, of continuing to fit into the community you're in, maintaining a modern persona even when you're hundreds or thousands of years old. Working that in would be fantastic.
