I was mistaken for a mother today at the polling station. A couple with a baby walked in before me, and while they were both at the machines with the baby and I was standing about ten or fifteen feet away, one of the volunteers came up to me and started giving me advice about what to do if the baby gets fussy. Meanwhile, I'm staring at her like, does it look like I'm associated with these people in any way? And wouldn't you suspect the woman who's with the guy who's carrying the baby of being the baby's mother? Cause you know, that's what I'd do. (Although I suppose you can't really assume something like that today, but that's a whole 'nother post.)
A couple weeks ago, a lady guessed that I was eighteen.
A few months before that, a museum security guard suspected that Heather and I were middle school students who were hiding out from our chaperone.
It's really very strange.XD
Anyway, I have more to report, but I'll save that for some time when I shouldn't be sleeping.^.~
