This is a major accomplishment, I can’t remember the last time I did more then crack open a can soup or made a sandwich. (Actually, not true, I cooked the last time the Neko-jin girls visited.) I am especially proud of the fact that I cooked on a night I had class. Though, really I don’t know if making tacos counts. ^_^
