You know it's June in Seattle when:
a) it's 75 and sunny every day.
b) there's stone fruit at the local farmer's market.
c) it's 9:30 pm and you can read a book outside unaided by artificial light.
d) you've cranked up the A/C.
And that's right, it's C! It might not be hot, heck, it might not even be warm, but man is it light! As I'm writing, I can still see blue sky. Now, it's more blue-dusk, than blue-midday, but it is blue. Almost makes up for December, when it's dark at 4:30.
