I only tried their potato wedges before, not bad. The band that was rehearsing that afternoon was seriously off-key and sounded awful, but they had better gigs before. I just love the whole casual vibe of the place... :)

Well, the place is still the same, but when we pass them by every day, we easily take them for granted. In fact, when I was looking up the names of the mosques and places for the captions, I learned so much more about their history and background (as provided by Wiki)! Just gotta see things from different, fresher perspectives... :)

The pics you took at the cafe and the Sultan Mosque reminded me of photos my parents took in the 70s. The effect is superb. You must have done something to it right! It's like travelling back in time... hehehe

Hehe thanks, Mysterieus, I intended to replicate the retro feel in these pics. It's still experimental, but glad you liked it. :)

And hey, after thinking about it, I have decided to take up your Lomo offer! :) Thanks again in advance! How do I go about it though?

Everytime I visit Little India, I wish I was in the real India... where everywhere is colourful and where all our senses really awaken... :)

It's not a very big place, and it's walking distance from Bugis, so why not make a trip there and explore the early evening scene? :)
