Today I thought I would share how I track my daily goals. I use an app called 'Habitica'. Here's so screen shots of what I aim to do every day! I have two that are weekly to do: laundry & refill medication. The rest I aim to do every day.




As you can see, I'm the best at practicing bass right now, and doing pushups. I do 30 pushups every day, currently doing the 100 days of pushups challenge. (& am on day 18). I'm also good at taking my medication obviously, but that requires no effort, it's more a reminder.

What are your dailies? I'm weird and find other people's schedules fascinating! 🤓
