(no subject)
in case anyone wants to know, hialeah hospital is doing free blood pressure and cholesterol tests. Im sitting here in my grandfather's office (and for once, it feels warm since the ac in the hospital is on full blast cuz it's broken in some departments so they need to compensate for it), waiting for my hour and a half of waiting to be over. I had to drink this NASTY stuff that looked like..i dunno what...and smelled like shit..no joke. so i drank the two huge canisters and now, i feel sick...sicker anyways...bah humbug. at least the director of x-rays told us not to worry, that we'd be passed immediatly upon my return...the perk of being his lunch buddy's granddaughter.
anyways...people suck, you know that? they're actually kinda funny in a really disturbing kinda way, like you can always look back on their words and laugh. what asses...anyways...i'm looking forward to my birthday...and seeing vanessa next weekend...it's going to be just us. :) we've already decided to hit the clubs....lol..we're going to have fun...regardless if it's cold or not, which it's supposed to be, but w/e. the pool's heated..and we can always splash around in the surf if we dont want to actually go in the water. I also want to take her to several restaurants. The Crack'd Conch with its fried honey butter bicuits, Upper Crust Pizza, Whale Harbor Inn (which we both love), Ganims, The Fish House and this Pirate place i always pass in Florida City. We can stop at the outlets and browse them on monday, on our way home. ::GASP::....maybe vane and i can go to the Theatre of the Sea! and see the dolphins and stuff! yay! altho, i'd LOVE to explore John Pennekamp...or just the keys in general, drive around and see what cool places we can find. like that sunken ship museum...or that antique place. hmmmmmmm...the possibilities are endless. we can sleep on the top bunks and drive in the golf cart until whatever time we want! and we can look at the stars for constellations and stuff at the point...esp in that little alcove....i hope it rains, cuz we can go mudding in the golf cart! (which is much more thrilling than it sounds)...
i'm getting an ipod mini in blue w/ my name engraved on the back for my birthday...i'm uber excited about that cuz it means not carrying all those cd's everywhere! omg, dylan's about to start teething! she's so cute! i was reading Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone to her yesterday and she was giggling the entire time...and then my grandma started singing to her and she was bawling...lol..it was sooo funny. She's staying with us tonight through Sunday because her mommy and daddy are busy doing grownup things (they're going to art viewing things w/ suzy's artist friend...who's become rather successful, and that's cool, cuz she did all this really cool stuff in high school...like she'd make suz some awesome earrings and stuff, and i think they have a business dinner w/ greg's company at Smith and Wellensky...::sarcastically:: what a sacrifice, huh?) anyways, so she's going to be there for my birthday party thingy saturday. speaking of which, i've ordered the food, chicken wings, pizza, munchies and scoops, i'm baking cookies and brownies and my cake...altho, i havent ordered that yet, i'm not sure what i want to do w/ my cake...i dont like the harry potter designs they have. plus...i want a toy...as childish as it sounds. we're going game shopping today or tomorrow...and then everything will be set....save for my pj's i think i'm going to where nightgown so i feel pretty..but after a while, i'm going to change in to pants...vicky's has these REALLY cute pair that are polka dotted...they look like a twister mat, (i really have a fixation w/ twister lately) anyways....i've gotta go...natalie
