•no "holiday hype" train this year,, mom says she's not in the mood. In a normal family this would mean absolutely nothing, but in my family, mom makes herself involved in everything that happens, so there is no decorating without her, even if someone else is doing it.
•idk if anyone else has heard about Apple buying the rights to all Peanuts cartoon material, but this means no more "charlie brown" holiday specials on regular network tv. If you want it, you have to subscribe to AppleTV. However, out of the "goodness" of whatever "heart" they may have, they are allowing PBS to show "charlie brown Thanksgiving" (November 22 @7:30pm US timezones) and "a charlie brown Christmas" commercial-free. Fuck Apple.
•looks like the ants are finally gone. Orkin had to keep coming back to spray, and finally mom told them to bring something stronger this last time or else we wouldn't use their services anymore.

•oh!💡it's finally cool enough to wear sweaters! It started the second week of this month, so I celebrated The Last Warm Day and pulled out my winter clothes.
