everything is food
i wonder if there's a name for when textures or patterns immediately remind you of food. i know "synesthesia" is when you can taste colors (or something to that effect;). but i was just reminded recently that i relate to the first type (textures/patterns remind me of food). when i was little, i had a fancy dress (probably for Easter or something) that made me think of lettuce. Belle's dress in the disney movie Beauty and the Beast' also reminds me of lettuce. raincoat material makes me think of cheese. mom has this sweater with Autumn-like hues (browns and yellows and oranges). it makes me think of the inside of a taco.
