Author Note: originally written for a prompt in Kink Me Merlin 26, Page 7 of comments. The prompt was that Arthur is a conservative minister campaigning for election, and is placed under constant pressure by Uther, who is a member of the House of Lords. One night he cracks under the pressure and goes to rent boy Merlin on a whim.

Summary: Arthur is a candidate for election in the 2010 election. He is happily married to Gwen, and trying to run his campaign, while also dealing with Uther, who is both overly invested and interfering but also does have valuable contacts. Eventually the pressure mounts, leading to Arthur having an encounter with Merlin, a young prostitute who is intriguing, and has wise advice for Arthur. But will this encounter place everything Arthur has tried to achieve into jeopardy?
