It hurts!
Done my yoga class.
I don't remember it hurting so much last time, and I've only been away for just over a month. This is not good. I have some space on Tuesday, snow permitting I think I need to go and do some work on the weights.One festive season and it all seems to have gone to pot!
So back to work tomorrow. I haven't done half of what I planned this break, and considering all the time I had and the bad weather that kept me in, I could have at least got through the DVD pile or the eppies of Eastwick awaiting me. But apart from yesterday I didn't get going at all. Oh well, maybe sometimes you need to stare at the ceiling for a while.
We have taken the Xmas deccies down, and in honour of the best bit of Dr Who this season - the Never Mind the Buzzcocks I have changed the icon. Don't get me started on the mess that was the story this year, but at least 11 looks quite perky, and the trailer now on Youtube looks intriguing.. And cassievalentine Alex Kingston is back in the coming Dr Who season, looking very stylish too.
