I was never really a part of the Angel or Buffy Fandom, but even I heard about her tremendous con reputation and you could see at Starfury clearly why.
- Her Panel: I didn't know that Juliet was a dancer, but I suspected it from her looks. She has this natural grace, so you like to watch her. She was very easy to understand and left an very open, but dignified and sweet impression. As I should find out later, when I meet her at the stairway or on Sunday at the autograph session, you can just talk her. She is famous for sharing information with her Fans on her website and she brought something special to this convention too: some signed items she would like to sell on Sunday at the auktion and - more important - the first 30 minutes of her documentary of Gary Oldman. But I forgot to talk about something I consider really interesting: Juliet was asked about her approach on characters and she told us that she collect pics from magazines which covers her idea of how the character should look. Than she tries to imagine how the character will dress and finally she'll walk out on the street and try how to feels to be that person. She told us how she walked in Mac D. or someplace like that testing Drusilla and approached the desk while the clerk already served a woman, who was apparently troubled and he gave her that look like "On not another one!" :-)
- The documentary: I like Gary Oldman, I always did and I suspected, that he might be a funny guy - you've got that a lot at FedCon: The guys who plays the weirdos are always the nicest :-) - so I liked it very much, that she showed him mostly in a happy, creative mood while directing a music clip for a Hip-Hop band. You didn't get much impressions of him smiling and making fun, so it was worth watching it just for this :-)
