Breakfast: muesli and milk = 400
Lunch: fruit / cereal slices = 150
Dinner: 3 slices bread (386, eek!) + margarine (100) + 1.5 baked eggs (150) + BBQ sauce splodge (50) = 686
Snacks: chelsea bun (225) + 3 chocolates (100) = 335

My boyfriend came over and fed me chocolates, which was lovely, but also fattening.
I knew this would happen over the weekend. Sigh.
