Day v3.1

The first time I did this, there were no version numbers. Second time was version 2, so version 2 day 3 was v2.3. Now we're on the third go round. I'm counting today as the first day.

Ok, so the reading of 164lbs seems to be an anomaly, the day after and today I was 161.8 lbs. Which is still horrible, but not quite as scary.

For breakfast I had 2 scrambled eggs on lettuce. Large eggs are 90 each, but I had a splash of milk in there and the tiniest amount of butter possible, so I'll call that 200 calories.

Breakfast: 2 x scrambled eggs on lettuce = 200
Lunch: Kettle chips (202) + cereal bar (88) + tiny mocha (100) = 390
Dinner: Instant rice (350, yikes!) + 2 x poached egg (180) = 530
Snacks: piece of home made brownie = 400?

Total: 1,520 calories.

Damn. My friend brought in the home made brownies to work. I had a small bit but it was mostly chocolate, sugar, eggs and butter so I'm assuming 400. I actually did better the last couple of days I think, but didn't record those properly so this is still day 1.

I'm going to have an amnesty on Sunday - I'm going for a pub lunch with my boyfriend and some friends, it was his birthday recently. Then in the evening we are going out to eat. I'm going to try and eat a light lunch, or given the options at least one high in protein and vegetables and low in starch.
