Cereal bar breakfast, cereal bar snack, 180. 2 different cereal bars, 400. Pork, carrots and brocolli, with potato and sweet potato and parsnip mash (left the mash and half the potato), 600? Cereal bar, 200. Say 1,480? Gah.

At least I got an hours walk in. What I don't get is that my stomach is grumbling now, asking for more food. I think it's had enough!

After I get through the weekend of family meal obligations, I'm having only soup and low calorie cereal bars for a couple of days, to try and re-set things and keep a better eye on the calories. At the moment it's hard, because I don't get to measure everything out for dinner myself.

I keep looking at pictures of trim, slim, lean people and trying to get myself sorted out. Why is something that should be simple so hard?!
