Arthur catches Merlin in office

I'm trying to recall this fic - I only remember it was a boss!Arthur/employee!Merlin (possibly secretary) dynamic. Arthur leaves the office for a drink, he forgets something in the office so he stumbles back a bit drunk with Gwaine/Leon. He finds Merlin jerking off in his office and starts laughing. Gwaine/Leon stands there awkwardly, while Merlin is so humiliated. That's all I recall before I forgot to save it...
