Specific Modern AU mental hospital fic

Details: Arthur got sent to a mental rehab clinic (?) because he'd been trying to commit suicide (?) and has a forbidden relationship with Merlin, one of the nurses, who it turns out isn't a nurse at all but a mental patient himself who only thinks he works there. Wasn't a happy ending, I think, but I want to reread it all the same. Hope someone can help!
