1. :D I love them all, but I can understand that perfectly. The third movie was really fantastic.
I'm not a big LBD person. :( That kinda sucks, actually. I like it when people can be so open about pairings . There's only a few exclusions, like a really good author *cough*likeyou*cough*, or when it's a fandom where I am really open about pairings, love many, many characters about the same and no particular dynamics appeal to me. In these, though, I probably won't even read fanfiction or do anything. If I do, I'll probably have a preference anyway. I mean, I remember a time when I was just okay with shipping a person with two people, but it seems so strange to me now. Although now that I think about it, I'm pretty okay with Kurt getting around. I like shipping him with girls because in most cases it's hilarious and doesn't lead to anything serious, you know? Plus I'm pretty much okay with some guy pairings, but I don't read them. Also, there are people who I don't really mind who they end up with, as long as it doesn't ruin the OTPs. :D (E.g., in Glee canon I really like Puck/Quinn, and I read about them a little, but I also very eagerly read Mercedes/Quinn. Oh, and Mercedes is another example - as long as her friendship with Kurt is intact, I mean.)
I mean. I'm a person who has OTPs in canons I haven't even watched - or read, or whatever (but that's only because of the influence of friends & stuff).
wow, trust me to write a freaking essay that could probably be summarized in "no, I don't do LBDs". D: The thing is, I am, like, a friendshipper at heart. And that shows. xD

The thing is, I am, like, a friendshipper at heart. You mean, you ship, uhm, friendships? Yeah, I totally get that. I said it before (and talked to thexpuzzler about it at great lengths), but there are not enough great friendships on TV! (Especially friendships between a boy and a girl that don't get turned into some kind of romance in the end). I love Kurt&Mercedes to bits, and back when I was still in Grey's Anatomy fandom, I was a huge fan of George&Izzie! And I adore Garcia&Reid. So yes, soft spot for BFF pairings here!
They're the best. :D Except, I think, maybe Kurt/Brittany/Santana. OH HILARITY.
Yeah! I just sometimes really, really love simply friendships (are they boy/boy, girl/girl or boy/girl - and I agree, totally not enough of those on TV/in the movies), reading about them or watching them - and I love some to death. Heck, with some of my ~ships, I just started really loving them as great friends, and with most of my favorite pairings I'm actually pretty much okay with them staying just that. ...As long as they are the most important person in each other's life, that is! lol, Kirk/Spock will probably always remain my STANDARD - not like I haven't shipped before them I'm a sap. D:
