3 days in a row? It must be high school! I mean Christmas! I mean procrastination!
This whole upper division class thing is pretty sweet, it means less finals! But more projects -_____-
I have a little over a day to put together a portfolio for my internship class, GERO 195A. That "A" means there is a part "B", which equates to another 135 hours of unpaid internship excellence! And although this semester isn't over and grades are not posted, it feels so close to the end of my undergraduate career. I'm somewhat confuzzled about what happens after graduation, as I haven't applied to graduate schools, and therefore a job is the most likely outcome. But where? I may have a job with the YMCA along the lines of fitness coordinator. Being in Sacramento and having a degree in Gerontology, working in a branch of the government is also likely, Department of Health or even Calpers, though that is where Tiffany has been working the last couple of years. Just a little awkward at the point?
And while I type this it reminds me of another option, Air Force Officer Training School. I had thought of going Army Officer Candidate School, but the Air Force offers the closest thing to a civilian life I can get in the military and from all accounts, they treat their people Must keep this option in my head, must visit recruiter or wherever I have to go!
It's not as if I have a relationship holding me down to this area!
