Finished Vanilla Whoopie Pies! The brown is Maple Buttercream, the red is supposed to be Cherry Buttercream (not very cherry, though), and the white is Honey Buttercream. Yum!

I'm making another batch of Whoopie Pies today. I'm using the vanilla recipe, and I had this vision of, essentially, mini Whoopie Pies.

Houston, we have a success! I tried my sugar cookie/oatmeal/rose jam invention this morning and it seems to have come out great.

We'll see what my taste testers think tonight.
