Due to a minor procedure on Friday I can't take any of my pain meds stronger than Tylenol. I didn't expect too much of an issue as things had been on a decent keel. From just after Thanksgiving to the end of December, I was doing a pretty intensive diet with canyonwalker and lost 12 pds.
