• I've been posting in my herbs and cooking journals the past couple days.
• tonight Tim and I see Radiohead in concert.
• last night we played D&D again with new friends and it was really fun. we walked there and back (a 20min walk) and it was a really beautiful starry night on the way back. funny how my character is a bit like me - a clumsy rogue! I couldn't make it across a rickety old bridge to save my life...well...I did, I climbed out. I also couldn't climb over a barricade of rubbish and had to be pulled over...but I did kill the most cobalts(sp?). as far as "games" go D&D is WAAy better than cards.
• painting is still not the level I want but I am happy to report improvement: I am painting pretty well with evil acrylics and from my mind, two things I thought at one time in my life I'd never be able to do. just a few days ago I had decided to hang up my illustrator hat, but of course I will never stop painting and right after saying that to myself is when I noticed the improvement. I don't know why so many things come to me along those lines. If I don't partially "give up" or let go...I don't have any success.
