this past week
• Philip spent the night with a friend and remembered to call in the morn to say he'd taken his meds BUT friend didn't feed him all day cept yogurt saying that's all he ever eats (he is a tiny little thing too). g-r-eat
• getting Rowan's (formally Joey's) room painted slowly but surely. He picked a color close to sea-foam green/blue but luckily doesn't look as bad as I feared. had to quit yesterday cause after a while the fumes were making my lungs hurt :/
• painting seems like it's going a bit better. painted this for Illustration friday's foggy theme:
• Rowan is so very disappointed that he won't be spending the night at his friend's house for the first time ever due to his asthma being bad today & yesterday... don't know whether he has a slight cold or it's the hot muggy weather and these "nozone" days OR it's Philip's new kitten which will break a heart...
• anxiety was better yesterday afternoon - I skipped the coffee and had two cups of kava tea instead and made sure not to forget the GABA. it's been so bad...end of the world and all that. the night before last I woke in a panic just because I remembered Philip forgot to give me his pool pass back (25$ for a new one), course that was just the last in a long list but still, it's just a pool pass for heaven's sake get over it brain! I sooo hope that in the future I will look back on these days as a phase that passed. which, btw, I am now down to 200mg wellbutrin from 400mg - yeah :)) and in about a week will start the 75mg for 10 days then off.
• the van window FELL OFF (in the sliding door). we are windowless til Mon where thank goodness the dealership here in town can fix it for $130. I feared a replacement door...which...haha, would look very out of place on our old beat up van - but hey, I guess I coulda gone for a different color and used and then I'd be stylin~
