Has anyone ever run across an SPN fic where after Dean goes to Hell, Sam, in his desperate will-make-a-deal-with-anything phase runs into/goes to the Trickster who, for whatever reason, takes pity/payment/the opportunity to pull untold amounts of shit over on everyone and it's Gabriel that breaks Dean out of Hell?
