World's Smallest Foal?
They say he doesn't show signs of dwarfism, but he looks like it to my highly unqualified eye. That's a pretty honkin' head, which is one of the signs, isn't it? A quick Google said there are over 320 types of dwarfism recorded so far in animals, so they really shouldn't be surprised...
He was born April 22, his owner sold him already to a couple who has submitted him to the world record folks. Hopefully they geld him too!
