New Year's Resolutions

This year I have made some resolutions and I hope that I can keep them this time.  There are a few that I'm really going to work on and hopefully someone very special to me, Jeff, will be there to help me and to support me.

1.  Make sure that I take all my vitamins and supplements each morning.
  2.  Wake up in time to eat breakfast each morning.
  3.  Go to bed by 10:30 pm on work nights.
  4.  Walk at least one mile 5 days a week.
  5.  Smile more.
  6.  Reduce the amount of sugar and carbohydrates that I eat each day.
  7.  Be more aware of the amount of fat and calories that are in the food I eat.
  8.  Eat three meals and at least one healthy snack each day.
  9.  Weigh once a week and not get discouraged if I don't lose something.
10.  Fall in love.
11.  Make sure that I talk with Jeff at least once a day and see him at least once a week. 
12.  Make sure that I keep an open and honest line of communication open with Jeff.
13.  Go fishing and relax!

Only 13 and most of them are going to be so easy to keep.  Of course one is already taken care of, Jeff made that one easy.
