The girls ripped them a whole lot more and picked apart the padding so they had been in the closet for a long time. I was looking through the fabric store's remnant bin and found this outdoorsy fabric, a little less than a yard, for only 50 cents! I immediately thought of those chairs so I bought new pads (much thicker, too) and the entire project was less than $10. This is my first and the corners aren't very nice but I did the second one better.
