What’s your favorite place you’ve been to?
My favorite places are as follows:
1) Jacob Riis park, with its crazy, tumbly waves and its sea creatures like mermaids or fossils just under the surface of the wet sand
2) Fantasyland in Disneyworld, which makes me feel so young and light and happy, with its nostalgic rides and wonderful scent of jasmine (the Snow White ride is my favorite, followed closely by Peter Pan)
3)The MNAC just outside Barcelona, which sits on a hill you need to take crazy escalators and taxis and walks to get to. It's got my favorite statue in it, a medieval Madonna, unimpressive by most standards, but so kind and emotional and really very warm I wanted her home with me.
