So my brother graduated from college today. Only took him seven years, but he did it. His university only gave each graduate four tickets to the event, which meant that I couldn't go down to see him. Today was a good exercise day, and by good I mean that I actually wend down the the gym and lifted weights and tried to up the weight in a few areas without hurting myself. So far so good.
