So it's hot around here. I mean hot. And any of you schmucks who think that living in Washington automatically equals lots of rain and cloud covers, well, you fail. EPIC FAIL. I live in a desert folks. Rain? What the hell is that? Is that what keeps the dust from flying about? But that is a mythical phenomenon that only happens when the ( Read more... )

We must have swapped weather.

We'll be lucky if it tops 80 down here. That's in middle California in late July--I'm wondering if we'll break the record for the *lowest* high on this date.

I noticed that it was pretty cool down in LA earlier this month, which I found odd. I think the main contributor to the actual heat was the fact that it was downtown LA and we were surrounded by concrete.

We haven't been as hot as we have been (usual temperature for this particular weekend tends to be around 100, and usually more) but it's still pretty damn hot. Any time where going outside seems like too much, it means that it's too hot out.

Here is 75 degrees with humidity at 44%, dew point at 52 and the barometric pressure at 30.00. All the right conditions for thunderstorms! And it's only going to get hotter this week end. So yeah, I feel your pain. *Hugs*

I would kill for a thunderstorm right now. 3: Instead it's mostly sunny, high of 92 and a slight breeze. Nada. At least you're also here on the eastern side of the state where it's hotter than the fifth level of hell.

It's not always rainy and cloudy in Washington?! But...but....Then why did Edward Cullen move to Washington if not to avoid scintillating in the sun? D=

Edward Cullen lives on the OTHER side of the state, where is predominantly cool and cloudy. I live on the side with the non-stop sunshine and HEAT ZOMG HEAT. The side that most people doesn't realize exists.

"But...isn't that part of Idaho or Montana or something?"
