Getting ready to move

We finally have a deadline! The house will be ours on April 19th. We’ve already signed a contract with a realtor, and it was decided today that the photographer will come by on Wednesday afternoon. And today we’ve accomplished lots! At least that’s what it feels like. Sure, we’ve been packing and moving and playing real life Tetris for a couple of weeks, but this weekend was that bend in the road that gets you on the home stretch, so to speak.
If you recal, I posted a “on the shelves” photo in August:
And today…
That’s a huge difference! What you can’t see in the first photo is the huge photo wall I had set up with photos of us, the cats and other people we love. All down and in a box now…
And the “worst” part? I’ve organized my office/studio so much and moved and cleaned and… yeah, you know, that I actually like it! It’s not that I haven’t liked my room before, but now it’s functional. I have to sit down and scrap in it, when things work, before moving!
