Princess Tutu and I are in love and we're going to get married.
Princess Tutu = strange and beautiful. It took me months and months to watch the first seven episodes, and two days to mainline the rest (26 episodes total). Once I was hooked, I was hooked; by the end I could hardly wipe the tears away fast enough to read the subtitles. MY EYES ARE MAKING LITTLE HEARTS AT THE SCREEN, THAT IS HOW BEAUTIFUL IT IS.
I don't like to be seen crying, but I love a story that can make me cry, the kind that reaches inside and grabs you. Princess Tutu is so much more than I expected at first, and--by the end--every bit as dark and sweet and delicate as I could have hoped for, and- oh oh oh. *clutches chest*
