Opera
So my Hell Week is finally over and Spring Break has begun! ;-)
And I kicked it off very nicely with Madama Butterfly last night. Let me just say that the show was amazing... I've always been in love with singing (as you all know) and opera, so it was just wonderful. I can't say enough about the quality of (most of) the performers.
I think the thing that amused Eileen and I the most was the style of dress in the theatre-goers. Everything from women in floor-length fur coats to young men and women in jeans were mingling in the lobby at intermission.
All in all it was a good night. :)
Now I'm hanging out with my roommate Mere who came out to LI to visit. We're going out with Eileen and Jenny in a little while and it should be fun.
