georgewbush.com has blocked all non-american servers from accessing the site. thus anyone outside of the us, including us citizen in other countries, cannont access the web page.
why?
i dont intend this to be some sort of rant against the "evils of this administration's regime" or whatever. i just dont really get what would be gained by doing this. any ideas?
