So I haven't written in here in a really long time, but right now seemed like a good idea because I don't feel like typing out my stupid French débat. It's actually the worst thing ever. It's too structured and way too repetitive. And in French. I can never seem to get my words out properly in French, so I need to have everything I'm going to say completely written out or I might just be standing in front of the class moving my mouth, but no words will be coming out.
So hmm. What's new in my life? I've become a vegetarian. 3 weeks yesterday. But I think I'm just going to go for one more week, and then start eating chicken and maybe occasionally some other meat. My cousin came over for Easter and he was talking t me about being a vegetarian because he has been a strict vegetarian for like 5 years, but because he didn't completely change his eating habits he developed a protein deficiency, and his immune system became really weak so he kept getting really sick. So he told me to put my health before my ideals, which I realise is probably really true. Especially since I can't eat nuts to get protein from there, and I already have an iron deficiency, it's probably not the healthiest or smartest thing to do right now. But I'm going to make it a month just to prove to myself that I can actually do it.
What else? We're getting a Chinese exchange student in our house for May and June! She's going to go to Fisher with my sister but that's still pretty exciting. Hopefully it will work out. It kind of makes me want to do some sort of exchange and have that experience. Jess Davidson seems like she's having so much fun in Spain, and Irene is having an amazing time here... So I just think it would be an incredible experience to actually travel somewhere and live there so that you could actually completely experience the culture.
Well my stomach really hurts right now and I have to finish my writing my stupid débat so I should probably go. Whoa, who was I talking to there?
