THIS IS A SPECIAL PRIZE CONTEST! SEE BELOW!

So, with that out of the way, I found out that Amazon.com has mp3 downloads now, in high quality for sale. I am very VERY happy with them. I can pick-and-mix songs that I want and not get disappointing pieces (well, disappointing to me anyway). Price = to itunes store, but no format protection.

As many have stated before, I have every plan on buying music from them because it is MP3, and not a more proprietary standard or the dreadful WMA file format.

Now, the truth be told, I have made many boasts about wanting to write a novel. I have not written a single word yet, unless you count my Age of Wonders Shadow Magic Fanfic many-a-post ago.
(see the following: http://mephjr.livejournal.com/6602.html
and http://mephjr.livejournal.com/8108.html#cutid1
and http://mephjr.livejournal.com/13100.html#cutid1 )

So, I do have the ideas there, but I never started writing anything. Maybe I should write an introduction to a few characters. I can string things together later.

In other news, I find the job I have now to be woefully cruddy. I want my friends at Brightnet back. I visited them twice since moving here, but still haven't gotten the chance to see many other people. Plus I found out that not having me around meant that a lot of the life of the company left. I am a VERY outgoing person when you get to know me, and I say and do extravagant things (all in good taste relative to my audience), so now with me gone, one former co-worker said things were pretty dull there. I need to make and post a video for them to enjoy - a bit of Jakishness for them to laugh at.

And for those of you who know a little real programming, the subject of this post is a single LEGAL line of programming code. If you assume that Amazon and Work are two integer variables with values of 5 and 4 respectively, can anyone tell me what the final result of the statement would be as well as what the new values of Amazon and Work are? A prize of Meatwad's from Aqua Teen Hunger Force voice saying your greeting for use with your answering machine / voice mail to the one who correctly gets all three answers right.
