Seafood Yaki Soba

I've created a new dish that's absolutely fabulous.

Seafood Yaki-soba with asparagus and parmagean cheese.

Ingredients:

Two rolls of soba, boiled
1tbs butter
1 1/2 cup of frozen cooked octopus, squid, & shrimp
a few large stalks of asparagus, boiled and chopped into 1-2 inch pieces
1/2 an onion, chopped
flaked parmagean cheese

start the soba and the asparagus boiling at the same time (not together, obviously). Once the asparagus has boiled for two minutes, take it out and cool it in ice water. Melt the butter in the frying pan and fry the onion and seafood together and add 1/2 cup of water. Once all the water has burned off, dip out the soba and fry it over the seafood and onion, making sure to mix the two well. Scatter the asparagus on top and turn off the heat. Sprinkle with parmagean cheese, mix, and serve.

*munch munch*

So happiness.
