So dead...
I don't have the energy to come up with anything clever right now. I drove for a while then worked from five until midnight. I have to work again at 11, and this time I work until 7. How the hell am I supposed to do that? I hate closing and then working a mid-shift--it really sucks. I'm glad I'm going to be making a lot of money this week, or I'd rebel. Good god.
I'm gonna get up early to watch Ya-Ya-yah and the 14 Sai no Haha season finale...because I freakin' deserve it, okay!
Blue scarf is about halfway done. I bought Vogue Knitting for the really kick-ass woven scarf pattern. Hopefully it will kick as much ass when I do it. I'm trying to come up with good patterns for the four scarves I'm making--the blue one is ribbed, but will have seed-stich borders sewn up either side of the ribbing. I think the orange one will be the cool woven one. The green one will be cabled, I think, and the red one is going to have some sort of pattern in it--maybe stars. Maybe a name, maybe a phrase and stars or something.
Bought really pretty tissue paper to wrap presents with. Pagemaster presents are still being brainstormed--don't know quite what they'll be yet. I have a present for everyone in my family, so that's good. I also stumbled across the perfect present for Justin, and I giggled the whole time I was wrapping it. As Yokoyama once said: "please anticipate." *cackles evilly*
Return of the Cat Lady. So, dude. My cats are sick again. I medicated them, and it didn't help. I still have some of their amoxycillin left, so I'll start them on it again in the morning. ugh.
Why the hell aren't we allowed to wear sneakers to work? We're standing up the whole freaking time. I'd kill for some epsom salts right now.
