Congratulations to Karen for getting the job in Channelside with me and Jess! Can't wait to work with ya :)
Today wasn't as bad as I expected. Got Lit homework done in chorus; did nothing in Lit (except read a page from my teachers novel which was all about sex - ew, did I mention it's a story of *his* life?!?!); had an interesting lunch period; screwed around in calc with Jess; breezed through a test in Earth/Space. Easy.
Went to work and hung out with the brown man :) I can't believe he's leaving us in a few weeks! It's sooooo sad! But he was nice and gave me good hours this week. I work on Sunday with Jess and Karen, after which we're all going out for dinner and then going to see Big Fish (finally). Probably hang out that evening and then I open on Monday. Good times.
I tried to record some guitar/vocals on the laptop last night. I didn't sound too bad, but maybe that's because I could barely hear. I'll try again tonight. Mom and dad said I could go pick out my new guitar this weekend! Weeeeee! Oh yea, I'm excited!
Everything for college is coming to a close. Applications are in. I tried to turn in my midyear reports to my guidance counselor but she isn't even accepting them until the 22. I've got a little time. I just need my rents to do the FAFSA and FinAid forms. I'll take care of scholarships. And I'm done. ::happy dance::
