10th Nov: 2 x 30 mins MBT walk, 1.5 hr yoga
Let see if I can get my lazy arse out of the bed in time for more early morning sessions. Tomorrow is usually my big day, finger cross all will go well. AND The strain on my left neck/shoulder will go away without having to spend money on massage.
It seems money can buy you a lot these days (as usual). Pay
