I'll post a completely different post about WHY I've been scarce so often, so this is strictly fandom related. :D

The Jacks over at KTTC have started a Jack Costuming Wiki--no longer shall useful information be left to sunk to the depths or left to the mercy of the KTTC Kraken!

I haven't gotten to see eight yet, but Nine was definitely great for the one series that he was on the show. :)
Oooh yes, David Tennant is great. XD
I personally loved the Who-reunion for the most part, as corny as it was. I liked that Rose finally got to meet up with Jack H again, and actually get to meet Martha (and Donna, who is, of course made of awesome)
And as for the Mate-Doctor/Rose thing, I actually read a nice little mini-fix-it-fic that cleared up the whole thing for me. It also inspired a full length fic from another user.
Here's the fix-it, if you're interested:

(Bask in the corny-fluff of D/R-ness. ;).....)
And the inspired fic (part 1 of 10):

Sadly, I haven't found much in the way of Donna fix-it-fics. Darn you Russel T Davies and your enjoyment of making the audience suffer at the hands of your angsty writing! >.<

I'm a bit confused about the 14 thing though...What? He'd only be on 11 yes? Or is it 14 came after whatever Doctors come after 10 when Tennant leaves?

Time Lords can only have 13 regenerations. But hey, he's the Doctor, so in the book of shipping, Doctor2.0 is actually a reincarnated, mortal-ish 14. :)

And the Doctor did say things didn't always happen in the right order for him. (Arrows? Hm. Wonder what that was about...)
And it does make a bit of sense. If he's only suppose to have thirteen then there wouldn't be (theoretically) enough energy left to have a full Time Lord-y life. BUT if Ms. Big Bad Wolf foresaw said separation she may have made it so his second chance had a "normal" life span.*sigh* Science fiction and fantasy have such complicated loopholes.
