I can haz jeans

I haven't worn jeans since I was a child. I find the thick fabric too uncomfortable and I know people say that once you've worn them for ages they get really soft and comfortable, but I can't be doing with the breaking in period. But yesterday I found a pair that are such fine denim that they're not uncomfortable at all. And they almost fit properly too. I love them so much! Suddenly I can do all those cool jeans looks, and I've got a really good dykey thing going on with my innumerable vest tops, especially the plain white one. There's a teeshirt by my current fave label (Desigual) which I had previously tried on but had decided somehow looked a bit naff with the sort of trousers I usually wear, but with my new jeans it looked fab, so I bought it. So the jeans have enabled the purchase of an insanely multicoloured teeshirt with a dragonfly and cobwebs and flowers on it.  I am in clothes, well, not heaven, but Very Good Place.

While I'm on good clothes, Hawes & Curtis currently have an offer where all their white women's shirts are £20. This is a little annoying to me as I recently bought one for £25, but hey, I'm sharing the joy. They do load of different styles and sizes from 6 - 22. I have several colours of the Hipster one, which is perfectly  plain and takes cufflinks. They're really well made and I highly recommend.
