Recommend me London veggie restaurants?

Gone are the days when I used to have favourite London veggie restaurants. My knowledge is at least 6 years out of date. Where would you recommend? I'm looking for somewhere with aesthetically pleasing or interesting surroundings as well as fabulous food (any cuisine), ideally in the Islington/Angel/Dalston kind of area, but elsewhere reasonably central would be fine. More 'fine dining' kind of style than 'sitting on benches at pine tables' although that would be okay if the food was great.

I used to really like Carnevale but the last time I went there (which was about 6 years ago) I was rather disappointed. But I guess that kind of mediterranean style food is probably my favourite.
