Life is now lighter.

It's hard to let go of things but when it's the right thing to do there is nothing better. This week has been very healing in a Yom Kippur-metaphor-sort-of-way (so says my friend Jarid in MN).

It is what it is and it's nice to be able to FINALLY embrace that with peace.

Last night at 330am someone tried to enter my room by knocking out the air conditioner and crawling through that hole. Since my room is the room above the garage they probably assumed it was vacant. I have been generally silent this past week. On Monday of last week I had a great deep tissue massage session and chiropractic adjustment.
